Eligibility for MaineCare Targeted Case Management

​

To qualify for MaineCare Targeted Case Management services, the individual must:

  • Be eligible for services from the Department of Health and Human Services (CBHS or OADS).

  • Have a diagnosis of Intellectual or Developmental Disability.

  • Have MaineCare coverage.
